Noticing that Obama told a frustrated supporter, ''We are still the country that billions of people in the world look to and aspire to.'', which is a long way from his apologetic stance on America's supposed arrogance in the world, will his loyal fans instantly start saying the world looks up to the United States, because Obama said so?How will Obama supporters answer this question?Obama supporters don't know what to think.
They want Obama to tel them, but Obama is ALL over the map on that.
They are exhausted from trying to defend him.How will Obama supporters answer this question?
It's an easy answer: because Obama never had an "apologetic stance" in the first place, and that idea was simply conservative fiction, we liberals have no problem clearly affirming that much of the world looks up to the United States.
You guys invented the idea that Obama was "apologetic," then you started believing that WE agreed with your invention. We don't.How will Obama supporters answer this question? Our government should apologize to the world for our international policies, how we just invade other countries and kill innocent people, shove democracy on other countries whether they want it or not etc. They should also apologize for the arrogant view America and Americans have about themselves. No one believe the dribble Americans spew, except other Americans.
I will say that yes, billions do want to come to the US..billions from other 3rd world countries..of course they would aspire to live a life better than the hell hole they come from. But guess what? Most people, especially in developed countries, have NO desire to come to America or be anything like America.
I can say this because although I am an American, and have witnessed this self righteous, arrogant attitude of Americans, I have also had the please to travel extensively and live in other countries. I personally know what other countries think of America and Americans..and it isn't what you think.
At least since Obama has took office, we have started to gain a small margin of respect again internationally.

Dude, no sarcasm here and no offense meant BUT, did you grow up in the states? Did your family grow up here or did you all come from another country? I ask this because the U.S. has always been looked up to for support and for our equal rights, our laws and freedoms. We have always been looked upon for help first in the world when another country needs it. We have always been looked upon as the worlds savior and we are always there with what they need. I know this not because of what the present president says, I know this because I am an American. How will Obama supporters answer this question? We won't answer in the way you "ASSUME".
The world looks up to the USA because we are the greatest nation in the world, even after Bush send us down the tube. Thank god for Obama! How will Obama supporters answer this question?
So breaking IN a country means our country is a 3rd world Country.
Oh what was that?
Our dollar is what? Our debt is based on what?
shut up.
It's no secret that millions of people want to come here. Admitting mistakes in foreign policy does not equal "America is bad".
The Bible touts humility as a virtue. How will Obama supporters answer this question?
Hard to imagine anyone still supporting Obama. Then again hard to imagine any one supporting Obama from the beginning !
No we will say that the world No longer looks up to the USA because of Republicans in office .
And it will be true .
Ask the world. They all hated Bush. Things are better now, cant you feel it? No scare tactics is the best part.
Lately, I have been ashamed to admit that I support Obama
