So far their rhetoric is very different - but Obama is following Bush's policies in the Middle East; Obama is continuing the budget-busting Bush bailout tradition; Obama has also floated the idea of re-building the space program (which I think is a good one); Obama is trying to reform health care (as Bush did at about the same time in his first term, with no more success); Obama is keeping Guantanamo open; Obama is continuing CIA renditions and interrogations; Obama is also refusing to take action to cut bloated defense budgets...



Practically speaking, so far there's not a lot of difference between them.What is the difference between Barrack Obama and George Bush?Bush spent a lot of money. Some people say he violated the Constitution. Obama is spending as much money or more in far shorter of an amount of time. Obama has 44 Czars, a violation of the Constitution in huge proporations to try to get around Congress. As much as people say George W. Bush abused the power of the Presidency, Obama is abusing the executive branch power at a far, far more alarming rate.
i think Barack Obama is a very intelligent man and he's doing a great job until now. he cares about our nation and he seems to understand the economy of the United States but he also understands the workings of foreign policy.His teachers have always said he's the most brilliant student they have ever had. and i'm not worrying cause i think america is in good hands.

i don't think there's a match between any of our presidents everyone has his own personallity his own way of thinking and his own plans.

the differences between Bush and Obama are very appearent they're not only different in their point of views but also in their speechs the way they show compassion and humility.

i think Barack Obama is a much better president because he shows his concern, he's trying to stop the war that has made the United States a hated country in the region of the Middle East and around it. and you can see the sadness on his face and the way he's trying really hard to make a change.

Just look at Bush look what he has done in those couple of years isn't that enough to answer the question? all i see is a man that was offer the world on a silver plate. i can read arrogance on his face he blew up this country and led it to a negative path. he's a powerful man who

can't admit he's wrong.

The same crrooks are appointed to high places ie Bernanke in Fed Reserve,



the anti-constitutional Patriot Act, etc. is operating as before, the torturers aren't prosecuted, and



the culprits responsible for causing immense misery to American people and destroying the economy are given trillions from the taxpayers in bailouts while the people get sweet well articulated talk and smiles...to me it looks like a CON job!
Obama is a much better president, he is trying to sort out your health care so that it is more widely available and accessible to poorer people. Obama has also set a date for when all the troops will be withdrawn from Iraq which is a major step in the right direction.

George Bush was a disaster of a President on *most* fronts.



So far, Obama doesn't seem to be doing that much better. Trillions and trillions of economic stimulus, and we've been in the f*cking red ink for years as it is.
