Most of th so called Obama rallies, were in fact concerts which his campaign gave away free tickets.

True, the concerts were intended to promote Obama's campaign, and the performers endorsed Obama, but do not confuse the huge political rallies with the concert venues. It may be true that people don't want to go to an election rally, but you will find this is commonplace because it's got nothing to do with the people who turn up.



The people who are there have got a free concert ticket so they will be happy with that anyway, but the reason is purely for the cameras.
