Am I allowed to quote Obama in a business postcard I made or will i be violating copyright laws?

I own a small business and am making postcards to advertise. On the front we want to quote something Obama said in a speech, is that legal or do i have to worry about copyright codes?Am I allowed to quote Obama in a business postcard I made or will i be violating copyright laws? You can use an image or quote of Obama...what you have to look out for is the owner of the image.

You would need to seek permision of the photographer who took the photo for example.

You can obtain images of Oama from online sources such a Ghetty Images. This way you kow for sure that you have the right to distribute the image for your own use.

Good Luck with your mailing!Am I allowed to quote Obama in a business postcard I made or will i be violating copyright laws?
I dont believe so, Quoting a president shouldnt be a problem, for Famous presidents and people (such as "i have a dream' by MLK, etc.)Am I allowed to quote Obama in a business postcard I made or will i be violating copyright laws?i wouldn't worry about about about it. after all, why would you get in trouble putting quotes on postcards? obama probably would luv it, since it means more positive avratizing about him!Am I allowed to quote Obama in a business postcard I made or will i be violating copyright laws?
