I'm NOT defending Obama here ( his constant blunders make Jimmy Carter look like the Messiah ), but it's the unwritten ( and discreetly unspoken ) responsibility of today's presidents to get busy focusing on repaying campaign DEBTS, which includes granting favors to those wealthy, politically connected people who helped put him in the White House. And Obama owes A LOT of such people!!



And Obama really thinks his "frozen" Obama care will see full activation, one reason why we're seeing "budget cuts" slice through each state's governmental operations: Saving $$$ to start up a very tax draining behemoth program.



The other reason for budget cuts?
