When is the 4th book in the Eragon: The Inheritance Series coming out?

It's been forever since anything about the 4th Eragon book has been revealed. I'd just like to know a release date, you know?When is the 4th book in the Eragon: The Inheritance Series coming out?

However, we do know that Book 4 will have a green dragon on the cover, the title of the book will be something Eragon will inherit, there is a chapter called "Brains!" in the book, but there are no zombies in it, there will be chapters from Murtagh's perspective and Eragon will return to Carvahall.When is the 4th book in the Eragon: The Inheritance Series coming out?
