Now other people who want position and who want to work with the Obama Administration can argue that they should be considered even though they are or were lobbyist.



Do you think that Obama shouldn't of set such tight, inflexible rules concerning lobbyist and maybe should of allowed for a little flexibility?Did Obama set an unwelcome precedent by giving a lobbyist an exemption to his own rule?I think it was just to prove a point...to kick "the man aka big business" in the a-s-s and let people know he isnt playing. He may believe ina little flexability but doesnt want everyone to think he will bend the rules

I believe that this was a major SNAFU but not catastrophic.
It is his rule and none of them , if they leave, can lobby the administration.
