Help me identify which constellation this belongs in?

I'm thinking the lower part is from Ursa Major..Big dipper handle maybe.

This was taken last night at 11pm, from the Philippines.

This is great Freeware. Tell it where you are and it will tell you what you see. Ask it where something is and it will show you.
