I want to find out exactly which constellations were present or prevalent over the city of my birth on the day I was born. Is there a website where you can type in a place and a date and find out which constellations were there? Wiith longitudes of your birth city and where you are now, and a clock,

you can even see the same East -West 'skymap' for at about half the year.

(You would have to correct for latitudes/altitudes though.)
