No idea, since there are more people against it than for it. You got me, I see no good coming from screwing the majority of Americans to supply health care for illegals and those that choose not to get it for what ever reason.
In those other cases, the Czars made recommendations to the executive branch or acted with authority that the executive branch has.
The health care reform requires news laws and regulations, something the administration can't do. It can only approve laws and regulations coming from congress.
Obama is a communist whose only experience of the private sector is as a legal associate suing people.
Imagine you pick a white candidate whose parents divorced when he was 3, whose mentor was a communist, whose grandad smoked pot before it became popular in the mid-1960s, whose grandparents moved thousands of mile to enrol their daughter in a school with communist teachers, whose mother was raised to view unmarried interracial sex as desirable, who became a community organizer, whose pastor was pro-Palestinian and anti-white, whose Senior Adviser for Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs is a close friend of the family of a Weatherman Pentagon bomber and whose former Green Job Czar was a self-identifying communist, etc., etc.
