Constellation that is always out of th sky in los angles?

There are at least a dozen constellations which are too far south to be visible from Los Angeles. Do you mean always visible from Los Angeles? There are several circumpolar constellations which are always in the sky, especially Ursa Minor, which is right over the North Pole.Constellation that is always out of th sky in los angles? The only constellations that are always out anywhere are the ones close to the poles. The big dipper for example.Constellation that is always out of th sky in los angles? Most of therm at some point or other
