Do you think book 4 of the inheritance cycle will ever come out?

It has been almost 3 years since Brisingr came out and 3 years later we still don't have a title, a release date or even a front cover. All we know about the book is that there will be a green dragon facing to the right, a chapter called brains and a title that describes something Eragon will inherit.Do you think book 4 of the inheritance cycle will ever come out?
If I recall correctly, it was like this with Brisingr too... But I don't see what's taking so long! There's a joke in the Inheritance Forums that the book doesn't exist... Most authors only take about a year to write a book. I think he's not even working on it... He's just dawdling around going on vacations, maybe writing about a chapter every 6 months... He annoys me a lot...Do you think book 4 of the inheritance cycle will ever come out?
I know huh? He Paolini really needs to step up his game. I mean it took me shorter time to write a book and I'm only 16. and you're right he should give us SOMETHING. G's.

he should at leat give us an estimate release date and he should give more details. allt he sites have are assumptions and predictions, no facts

yea it really sucks.it was the same thing with harry potter lol.

i wish CP could at least give us some hints or spoilers so we

wont be bored and frustrated to death. at least give a release date gosh.
