then would it be true that when the full moon is in constellation Taurus that the direction of the Sun is in fact in the constellation Scorpio or exiting it ??

If the moon is full on December 12th - on that date the sun will be in mid sagittarius so the moon will be in mid Gemini. I do not understand where you got the info of the full moon being in taurus



EDIT - I've checked the ephemeris and it will be a full moon on 21 degrees of gemini
